Scoot Boot Scan to Win Competition 2023

1. The Promoter is:

SCOOTBOOTTM (ABN 90603015167) of registered office address: 4/ 205 Kennedy Drive, Cambridge, TASMANIA 7170, AUSTRALIA

2. To enter the Scoot Boot Scan to Win Competition 2023 (the Competition) an entrant must purchase a Scoot Boot product or attend a Scoot Boot event or brand activation.

3. The Competition commences August 1, 2023 and ends at 12AM on December 31, 2023. 4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

5. The rules of the Competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:

a) Entrants can enter as many times as they wish before the closing date.

b) Entry is by scanning the QR code and submitting the details displayed on the website.

c) One winner will be drawn from each month’s entries (by random selection)

d) The winner will win a Scoot Boot gift bag containing: Scoot Boot branded carry bag, beanie, cap, headband and scarf. The items included in the bag may vary depending on stock and new inventory available.

e) The Promoter will ship the gift bag at no cost to the winner.

f) The winner is to supply photographs and/ or videos of them with the prize and agree that the Promoter can use the content for marketing and promotions.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

7. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Competition.

8. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.

9. The monthly winners will be selected by the Promoter at the end of each month between Aug 1 and Dec 31, 2023. The monthly winners will be announced on the Promoter’s Social Media channels and newsletters.

10. The Promoter will notify the winner by email within 24 hours of the announcement to make arrangements for the delivery of the prize to the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the Promoter’s notification within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to pick a replacement winner.

17. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. By entering this Competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

19. The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material produced by the Promoter. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be managed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which has been developed and implemented in accordance with the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and with regard to the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation.

22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. By entering into this Competition, you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
