I had some problems finding the right size, and the people from the fitting assistance were very kind, even though I won the scootboots in a contest, so I didn't even pay for all these services. they could have let me alone instead they were always available
I've only tried the scootboots on my horse once so far, so I can't give any information on their quality and durability, but to look at them they seem very durable - as well as beautiful -and my horse showed no sign of discomfort in wearing them for the first time
So far, I have found the Scoot Boot associates to be very helpful in the fitting of my horse's hoofs. Unfortunately, the fit was too small and am awaiting a new pair.
I appreciate the advice and quick response I have received thus far.
I brought my mare into work for the first time at the age of 12 and she became a bit footsore but found the process of shoeing very scary and traumatic. Scoot Boots have been a game changer for us - not footsore anymore and no traumatic shoeing needed! When I didn't have the right type of Scoot Boot (needed Enduro instead for her higher heels) the team went over and above to help me get the right fit!
I have been going around and around trying to get a good fit for my gaited horse. It worked great for one of my horses, but not the other. I live in the USA, and the shipping has been a drag, but to be reimbursed for both pair was unthinkable. I brought it to their attention, and they told me not to worry about it. THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME!
These have been the answer to my problems. My horse can’t hold a shoe but he’s been able to wear these. Only complaint is he did have a rub only on one foot. He has bad angles so it could also be due to that but I got him the gaiters to wear underneath to prevent rubbing so I’m excited to try that for him
