Scootboot Trail Gaiters protect your horse's heel bulbs from any risk of rubbing or abrasion from sand and dirt. We recommend you to use them at all times when using your Scootboot Classics. They are particularly helpful for horses with sensitive skin. (provides protection for lower back of pastern only).

The Trail Gaiters include two pairs. 

Extra Small fits Classic size M1 to 00
Small fits Classic size 0 to size 2
Medium fits Classic size 3 to size 5
Large fits Classic size 6 to size 9

Velcro fastener doesn't hold and keeps slipping

Unfortunately not good quality in my opinion. The Velcro fastener doesn't hold and keeps slipping or coming undone. The last ones I ordered were much better.

They are good, but the Velcro seems week so when we've gone through some muddy spots weve lost them. Luckily I've been able to recover them

I have all the required spare parts now. I used my boots for the first time on Saturday with the mud straps as it was very wet and muddy after the rain. Everything stayed intact and gave really good grip on the rocks. Great outcome.
